Vendors are NOT allowed to sell beverages of any kind. Beverages include, but are not limited to, water/soft drinks, alcohol, smoothies/slushies, or desert floats.

Deposits are due at the time of applications. Deadline for application submission is 4/15/2026 and all payments are due by 6/15/2026. Failure to submit applications on time or missed payment deadlines may result in forfeiting booth space.

Note power and water hookups will be available. Please list any special requirements you have below, including if you need trailer storage. Any information you give on this form may be used on our social media and/or website.

The vendor understands the requirements mandated by Five Rivers MetroParks and the City of Dayton as explained in the Rules and Regulations document provided in this application. Failure to follow rules and regulations will result in fines, potential booth shutdown during festival operation, and/or inability to vend at the Dayton Celtic Festival for future festivals.

All payments are final and non-refundable except in the event the festival is canceled in its entirety prior to opening. Final decisions will rest exclusively with the Dayton Celtic Festival.
